AI CHATBOTS
We build chatbots for your website and messaging channels that answer common questions using your content, collect details and hand over to your team when needed.
OVERVIEW
A good chatbot doesn't pretend to know everything. It answers the questions it has solid information for, asks a few useful questions to understand what the visitor needs, and gets a person involved when it's out of its depth.
We build chatbots that draw on your own material: service pages, pricing notes, FAQs, policies and product data. Because the bot answers from that source, it's less likely to make things up, and when it can't find an answer it says so instead of guessing.
The chatbot can live on your website, in WhatsApp or on other messaging channels your customers use. Conversations and captured details can flow straight into your CRM or inbox so nothing gets lost.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Your team answers opening hours, pricing basics and delivery times again and again.
People have a quick question, can't find the answer and close the tab.
Button-only bots trap users in menus and never let them reach a person.
Leads arrive with a name and phone number but no idea what they actually want.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We gather and clean up the information the bot will answer from, and flag gaps in your existing content.
Tone, greeting, qualifying questions and fallback replies written to match how your business talks.
A chat window installed on your site that matches your branding and works on mobile.
Connection to WhatsApp Business or other channels where your customers already message you.
Rules for when the bot passes the chat to a team member, with the conversation history attached.
Names, contact details and needs collected in chat and sent to your CRM, sheet or inbox.
HOW IT WORKS
When a visitor sends a message, the chatbot searches your approved content for relevant information and uses an AI model to write a reply based only on what it found. If the question is outside its knowledge, it says so and offers to connect the visitor with your team.
Handoff happens on clear triggers: the visitor asks for a person, mentions a complaint, asks about something sensitive, or the bot isn't confident. Your team gets a notification with the full chat so the customer doesn't have to repeat themselves.
Visitors get a reply straight away instead of waiting for someone to check the inbox.
Leads arrive with context, so your team can respond with something useful.
Staff spend less time on routine questions and more on conversations that need them.
Chat logs show which questions come up most, which helps improve your website content.
OUR PROCESS
We review emails, call notes and messages to list what customers actually ask.
We organise your answers into a clean source the bot can search reliably.
We set the greeting, qualifying questions, tone and handoff rules.
We try off topic, vague and adversarial questions to see how the bot copes, then fix weak spots.
After launch we read through conversations and update content where answers fall short.
Chosen to fit the project. We'll use your existing tools where they do the job.

Any AI model can produce a wrong answer, but answering only from your approved content and telling it to admit when it doesn't know cuts that risk a lot. We also test for it before launch.
Yes, always. We set up clear handoff rules and the visitor can ask for a person at any point.
The bot only collects what it needs, we show a short notice about how chats are handled, and we avoid asking for sensitive details like payment information in chat.
Complaints, refunds, medical or legal advice and anything involving a commitment on price should go to a person. The bot can collect details first, but it shouldn't make the decision.
When your prices or policies change, the source content is updated and the bot uses the new information. We can show your team how to do this.
