WORKFLOW AUTOMATION
We set up automated workflows between the apps you already use, so forms, emails, sheets and systems pass information along without manual effort.
OVERVIEW
A lot of daily admin is just moving information from one place to another. Someone fills in a form, and a staff member copies it into a spreadsheet, then into the CRM, then sends a confirmation email. Workflow automation does those steps for you.
We build these workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make and n8n, or with custom code when a tool doesn't fit. Most of the time no AI is involved at all. Plain rules are faster, cheaper and easier to trust for structured tasks.
We also plan for things going wrong. Apps change, connections expire and data arrives in odd formats. Each workflow we build includes error alerts and a clear record of what ran, so problems are spotted quickly rather than weeks later.
COMMON PROBLEMS
The same customer details get typed into three different systems.
Confirmations, reminders or internal notifications depend on someone remembering.
Workflows built in a hurry break silently and nobody knows until a customer complains.
Work sits waiting because the next person doesn't know it's their turn.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
A simple diagram of each workflow showing triggers, steps, conditions and outputs.
Setup of integrations between your forms, email, sheets, CRM, calendar and other tools.
Steps that tidy names, dates, phone numbers and other fields as data moves.
Branches that send work down different paths depending on values like service type or location.
Notifications when a step fails, plus retry rules where they make sense.
Plain language notes on what each workflow does, so your team isn't dependent on us.
HOW IT WORKS
Each workflow begins with a trigger, like a new form submission, a new row in a sheet, an incoming email or a webhook from another app. The platform then runs a series of steps: look up a record, format fields, create or update entries, send notifications. Conditions decide which path the data takes.
If a step fails, for example because an app is down or a required field is empty, the workflow sends an alert to a named person and holds the data so it can be retried once the problem is fixed.
Routine data entry and notifications happen on their own.
The same steps run the same way each time, with no skipped tasks.
Error alerts mean broken connections are caught quickly.
Documented workflows can be adjusted as your process evolves.
OUR PROCESS
We identify every point where information moves between people or apps.
We recommend Zapier, Make, n8n or custom code based on volume, budget and data sensitivity.
We set up each workflow using sample records so nothing real is affected.
We launch workflows one at a time and check results before turning on the next.
Chosen to fit the project. We'll use your existing tools where they do the job.

It depends. Zapier is easy to manage, Make handles complex logic well, and n8n can be self-hosted for more control over data. We'll explain the trade offs for your situation.
The subscription sits in your name and on your account, so you keep ownership and access even if you stop working with us.
We use official integrations and secure connections, give each workflow only the access it needs, and can self-host where data sensitivity calls for it.
Error alerts will flag it. We can fix it under a support arrangement, or your team can use our documentation to handle simple fixes.
