Visitors leave and never return
Paid and organic traffic arrives, but once people leave there's no way to reach them again.
RETARGETING ADS
We set up remarketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok to reach people who visited your site, viewed products or started a form, with messages matched to how far they got.
OVERVIEW
Most people don't buy or enquire on their first visit. They compare, get distracted, or simply aren't ready. Remarketing shows them relevant ads afterwards, so you stay in mind while they decide.
The difference between useful remarketing and annoying remarketing is segmentation. Someone who abandoned a cart needs a different message from someone who read one blog post. We build audiences based on what people did on your site, set sensible time windows and frequency caps, and exclude people who already converted.
For online stores, dynamic remarketing shows visitors the exact products they viewed. For service businesses, it might be a testimonial, an FAQ answer or a simple reminder to book.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Paid and organic traffic arrives, but once people leave there's no way to reach them again.
Every past visitor sees one generic ad, whether they bounced in five seconds or reached checkout.
People who already bought keep seeing ads for the same product, which wastes budget and irritates them.
Without frequency limits, the same person sees an ad dozens of times and starts to resent the brand.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Lists built by pages viewed, products browsed, cart activity, video views and time since visit.
Catalogue based ads on Google and Meta that show visitors the products they looked at.
Remarketing audiences on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, based on where your buyers spend time.
Different ads for different stages, from a gentle reminder to an offer or proof point.
Recent customers excluded and frequency limited so ads stay helpful rather than pushy.
Tag setup that respects cookie consent choices, with Consent Mode configured where needed.
HOW IT WORKS
First we check that tags and pixels are collecting audiences correctly and that consent settings are respected. Then we define segments, typically by intent level and recency, for example cart abandoners in the last seven days versus general visitors in the last thirty.
Each segment gets its own ads and budget. We watch frequency and conversion rate per segment, shorten or lengthen windows based on how long your customers take to decide, and stop showing ads once someone converts.
You get another chance with people who already know you, often at a lower cost than reaching new audiences.
Ads reflect what someone actually looked at, which makes them more useful to the viewer.
Visitors from SEO, social, email and paid search all feed into remarketing audiences.
Caps and exclusions keep your brand visible without becoming a nuisance.
OUR PROCESS
We check pixels, tags and consent setup on each platform and fix anything missing.
Audiences are defined by behaviour and recency, with exclusions for converted customers.
Ads are written or briefed for each stage, from reminders to offers and social proof.
Campaigns go live with frequency limits and separate budgets per segment.
Time windows, messages and budgets are adjusted based on which segments convert.
Chosen to fit the project. We'll use your existing tools where they do the job.
