FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions people ask most before starting a project. For questions about a specific service, see the FAQ section on that service page.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small and growing businesses, startups, and established companies that need help with their website, marketing, or internal workflows. If you're not sure whether your project is a fit, send us a message and we'll tell you honestly.
Do I have to use all of your services?
No. Many projects only need one thing, like a new website or an ads account that's properly set up. We'll only suggest other services when they clearly support what you're trying to do.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. A landing page and a custom software platform are very different jobs. After an initial conversation we'll send a written proposal with the cost, what's included, and the timeline.
How long does a typical project take?
Smaller websites and campaign setups can take a few weeks. Larger builds, apps, and automation systems take longer and are usually delivered in stages. You'll get a realistic timeline in the proposal.
Can you guarantee rankings or ad results?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Search engines and ad platforms control a lot of what happens. What we can commit to is doing the work properly, tracking it clearly, and improving it based on data.
Who owns the website, code, and accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts, analytics, and the work we create for you belong to your business, as set out in the agreement.
Can you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. Most of our communication happens over WhatsApp, email, and video calls, so location isn't a barrier.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We read it, ask any questions we need answered, and set up a short call if it helps. Then we'll suggest an approach and send a proposal if it makes sense to work together.
Still Have a Question?
