Building too much before launch
Months spent on features nobody asked for delays feedback. We help you define a lean first release.
SAAS DEVELOPMENT
Building a subscription product means getting accounts, billing, permissions and the core feature right at the same time. We help founders and companies plan and build SaaS platforms that are ready for real users.
OVERVIEW
A SaaS product has two sides. There's the feature customers pay for, and there's everything around it: sign-up, onboarding, teams and permissions, billing, emails, an admin area and the infrastructure that keeps it all online.
We help you build both without overbuilding either. That usually means starting with a focused minimum viable product (MVP) that solves the main problem well, then adding features based on what early users actually ask for.
Under the hood we plan for multiple customers from day one, keeping each account's data separate, setting up subscription billing through a payment provider, and deploying on cloud hosting that can scale up when usage grows.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Months spent on features nobody asked for delays feedback. We help you define a lean first release.
Subscription logic touches a lot of the app. We design plans, trials and limits in from the start.
Multi-tenant apps must keep each account separate. We build data isolation and roles carefully.
A single small server won't suit a growing product. We set up hosting, backups and monitoring that can scale.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Defining the core problem, the must-have features and what can wait until later.
Onboarding, dashboards and settings screens designed around your users' main tasks.
Accounts, teams, roles and permissions with each customer's data kept separate.
Plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and payment handling through a provider like Stripe.
An internal dashboard to manage customers, plans and usage, plus product analytics.
Hosting, automated deployments, backups and monitoring set up on cloud infrastructure.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with product discovery: who the users are, the main job they need done, and how you plan to charge. From there we design the core flows and agree an MVP scope. Development runs in short cycles with a staging environment you can log into, and we set up automated deployments early so releases are routine rather than stressful.
At launch everything runs on cloud accounts you own. Afterwards we can keep developing with you, prioritising features based on user feedback, or help onboard your in-house developers.
A focused first release gets the product in front of users sooner.
Accounts, billing and data separation are planned properly from the start.
Automated deployments and staging make shipping updates routine.
Clear structure and documentation make it easier to grow the team later.
OUR PROCESS
We define users, the core problem, pricing model and success measures for the MVP.
Sign-up, onboarding and the main feature are designed and tested as a prototype.
Accounts, roles, billing and deployment pipelines are built first.
The main product features are developed in short cycles on staging.
Early users test the product, we fix issues and prepare for public release.
Chosen to fit the project. We'll use your existing tools where they do the job.

An MVP is the smallest version of your product that solves the main problem well enough for people to use and pay for. It helps you learn from real users before spending on extra features.
It depends heavily on the feature set, integrations and design work. We scope an MVP first and give you an estimate for it, so you're not committing to the whole roadmap at once.
You do. The code, cloud accounts, payment provider account and domain are all in your name.
We build on cloud hosting and structure the app so it can scale. As usage grows, some parts may need tuning, which is normal for any SaaS product.
Yes. Many SaaS products keep developing continuously, and we can stay on as your development team or help you hand over to in-house developers.
