Tracking gaps after privacy changes
Browser restrictions mean the Pixel alone misses conversions. Without the Conversions API, reported results can be well off.
FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM
We run Meta campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger with proper Pixel and Conversions API tracking, regular creative testing and audiences built around your customers.
OVERVIEW
On Facebook and Instagram, people aren't searching for you. They're scrolling. That means the ad has to earn attention in a second or two, and the offer has to be clear enough that someone acts on it. Creative does most of the heavy lifting on Meta, so we treat it as the main thing to test.
We set up campaigns for sales, leads or messages depending on your goal, configure the Meta Pixel and Conversions API so results are measured reliably, and build audiences from your website visitors, customer lists and lookalikes.
Meta's algorithm has become good at finding buyers when it's given clean data and enough variety in creative. Our job is to feed it both, and to spot fatigue before results drop off.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Browser restrictions mean the Pixel alone misses conversions. Without the Conversions API, reported results can be well off.
The same three ads running for months lose effect, and costs creep up without anyone noticing why.
Instant forms can bring in plenty of names, but many never answer the phone.
Boosting from the page skips proper objectives, audiences and tracking, so spend rarely ties back to sales.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Event setup, deduplication and domain verification so purchases and leads are recorded accurately.
Campaigns built around the right objective, using Advantage+ options where they suit your account.
Custom audiences from site visitors and customer lists, lookalikes and interest groups for testing.
A planned rotation of images, videos, hooks and copy, with clear notes on what each test is checking.
Form questions, higher intent form types and CRM feedback used to filter out poor leads.
Product catalogue connection and dynamic ads for stores selling a range of products.
HOW IT WORKS
We start by confirming events are firing correctly in Events Manager, with both browser and server events matched. Campaigns then launch with a small set of creative angles, each one testing a different reason someone might buy.
We watch frequency, cost per result and hook rate on video, and swap in fresh creative before ads wear out. Budgets are shifted toward the ad sets and creatives producing results, and lead quality is checked against what your sales team actually reports.
Server side tracking helps close gaps the Pixel misses, so you're making decisions on better numbers.
A steady testing rhythm means new winners are found before current ads fade.
You can reach people who'd buy but aren't searching yet, which search ads can't do.
Form design and feedback loops are aimed at people who will actually pick up the phone.
OUR PROCESS
We review ad account access, domain verification, Pixel health and any past campaign data.
Pixel and Conversions API events are configured, deduplicated and tested in Events Manager.
We outline angles, formats and hooks to test, and work with your existing content or a designer.
Campaigns run through the learning phase with enough budget per ad set to exit it.
Winning creatives get more budget, new variations are added, and tired ads are retired.
Chosen to fit the project. We'll use your existing tools where they do the job.

It helps if you have photos, videos or brand assets, but it's not required. We can brief creative or produce it through our design team as a separate service.
Enough for each ad set to get regular conversions so the algorithm can learn. The right number depends on your product price and market. We'll suggest a starting budget after looking at your goals.
Platforms use their own attribution windows and modelled conversions. We compare Meta's reports with your store or CRM data so you see both views.
No. Meta bills your card directly through your ad account. Our management fee is charged separately.
