Stale pipeline data
Deal stages, values and next steps don't reflect reality, so forecasts are guesswork.
CRM AUTOMATION
We automate the routine parts of your CRM, from record creation and deal stages to follow-up tasks, so your pipeline reflects what's really happening.
OVERVIEW
A CRM is only useful if the information in it is current. In practice, salespeople are busy, notes go missing and deals sit in the wrong stage for weeks. Automation takes care of the updates nobody wants to do by hand.
We set up rules inside your CRM and connect it to the places where customer activity happens: your website forms, email, calendar, phone system or messaging apps. When something happens, the CRM records it and creates the next task automatically.
Where it helps, we add AI for jobs like summarising call notes or email threads into a short record update. Those summaries are labelled as AI-generated and should be checked by the account owner before anyone relies on them.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Deal stages, values and next steps don't reflect reality, so forecasts are guesswork.
Without reminders, promising deals drift because nobody set a task.
The same contact exists three times with different spellings and missing fields.
Salespeople see the CRM as extra admin, so they avoid updating it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
A review of your pipelines, fields, properties and existing automations to find gaps and clutter.
Automatic stage changes based on clear events such as a meeting booked or a proposal sent.
Follow-up tasks created at the right time and assigned to the right person.
Duplicate checks, required fields and formatting so records stay clean.
Connections to forms, email, calendar, invoicing or messaging tools.
Simple dashboards built on data you can now rely on.
HOW IT WORKS
We use the CRM's own workflow features first, since they're usually the most reliable. Events such as a form fill, an email reply, a meeting booked or a field change trigger updates and tasks. For tools outside the CRM, we connect them through native integrations or a platform like Zapier, Make or n8n.
The CRM handles the admin. Salespeople still own the relationship: they decide when a deal is truly lost, approve any pricing and confirm AI-written summaries before they go on record.
Reports reflect actual activity, so planning is based on real numbers.
Every open deal has a next step and a person responsible for it.
The team spends more time talking to customers and less time filling fields.
Anyone picking up an account can see what's happened so far.
OUR PROCESS
We review how your CRM is configured and how the team actually uses it.
We define what each deal stage means and which event moves a deal forward.
We merge duplicates, remove unused fields and set rules to keep data tidy.
We set up the workflows, tasks and connections to your other tools.
We walk your team through what now happens automatically and what still needs them.
Chosen to fit the project. We'll use your existing tools where they do the job.

We commonly work with HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Salesforce, and can usually work with others that offer an API. We're not an official partner of any CRM vendor.
Usually not. Most problems come from setup, not the software. If your current CRM truly can't do what you need, we'll tell you why.
We work inside your account with the access level you grant, avoid exporting data unless needed, and remove our access when the project ends if you prefer.
It can suggest updates and summaries. We don't recommend letting AI change deal values or close deals on its own, since those decisions need a person who knows the account.
